About myNurseJobs

A simple job board for nurses: real openings, pay up front, no account.

Most nursing job sites make you sign up before you see anything, bury the pay, and send your details to recruiters. myNurseJobs does the opposite. You search, you see the pay where the employer posts it, and you apply on the employer’s own site.

Where the jobs come from

Listings are read from the public career pages of healthcare employers (their Workday, Oracle, iCIMS, Greenhouse, Lever and Ashby job boards). Every “Apply” button goes straight to that employer. Right now, 12,368 jobs from 154 employers, checked November 4, 2026. Jobs that close drop off at the next daily refresh. Federal nursing jobs come from USAJOBS (data.usajobs.gov), the U.S. government’s official jobs site, through its public API; myNurseJobs isn’t affiliated with or endorsed by USAJOBS, OPM or any federal agency.

To keep the board balanced, we keep up to 150 of the newest nursing jobs from each employer’s career site, so very large employers have more openings on their own sites than shown here. Capped this refresh: 57 employers.

Where the pay numbers come from

State and national pay figures are from the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics’ Occupational Employment and Wage Statistics survey (May 2024). Pay on individual jobs is what the employer posted.

Where the distances come from

ZIP and place coordinates are from the U.S. Census Bureau’s Gazetteer files. City coordinates from GeoNames (geonames.org), CC BY 4.0. Both are bundled with the site; distances are worked out in your browser, measured from the center of your ZIP code to the job’s address where the employer gives one, otherwise to the city center.
