The rules for using myNurseJobs, in plain English.

The service

myNurseJobs is a free nursing job board. You can search listings, save them in your browser, track your applications and build a resume. We don’t charge job seekers.

Job listings and accuracy

• Listings come from employers’ public career sites, from USAJOBS for federal jobs and, when submissions open, from employers directly. We refresh them daily and remove jobs that close, but a job may be filled or changed before we notice.
• Job details (title, pay, location, requirements, benefits) are posted by the employer; we don’t verify them and can’t guarantee they are accurate, complete or current. Pay is shown only where the employer posts it. Specialty, shift, setting and sign-on bonus tags are read from the employer’s own text and can be incomplete or wrong. Distances are estimates from city or ZIP centers. State salary figures are U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics estimates, not offers.
• The employer’s own posting is the final word. Always check details such as pay, license requirements and location on the employer’s site before you apply.
• myNurseJobs isn’t affiliated with the employers listed and doesn’t endorse them, their jobs or their hiring practices. Federal listings come from USAJOBS; myNurseJobs isn’t affiliated with or endorsed by USAJOBS, OPM or any federal agency.

Applying

“Apply” sends you to the employer’s own site (or USAJOBS.gov). Your application is between you and the employer, under the employer’s own terms and privacy policy. We aren’t a staffing agency or employer and don’t make hiring decisions.

Saved jobs, tracker and resume builder

These tools store data only in your browser. You’re responsible for backing it up (use Export). We can’t recover it if your browser data is cleared.

Email alerts

When they open, alerts are free, sent at most once a day, and only after you confirm your address (double opt-in). You can unsubscribe at any time with one tap.

Employer submissions

When they open, employers may submit nursing jobs for free. Every submission is reviewed by hand, and we may edit for format, decline or remove any listing. By submitting, you confirm you’re authorized to post for that employer, the job is real and open, and the details (including pay) are accurate. No fees are charged; any paid option in the future will be offered separately and only with your agreement.

Acceptable use

Don’t misuse the site: no scraping that burdens it, no attempts to break security, no false or misleading submissions, and no use that breaks the law.

Data sources and credits

Federal job data: USAJOBS (data.usajobs.gov). Wage figures: U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics, OEWS May 2024. ZIP and place coordinates: U.S. Census Bureau Gazetteer files. City coordinates from GeoNames (geonames.org), CC BY 4.0. None of these sources endorses myNurseJobs.

No warranty and limits of liability

The site is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for decisions made based on listings, for employers’ content or conduct, or for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site.

Governing law and venue

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, and any dispute will be heard in the state or federal courts located in the State of New York, unless the law where you live gives you a different right.
